摘要
从大直径螺纹的结构参数、加工精度和使用工况等方面分析了大直径螺纹难以卸扣的机理,对各种卸扣技术进行了详细分类,并指出了适用条件。在此基础上对几种主流的卸扣夹持结构进行剖析,并给出了解决方法。
The mechanism of large-diameter thread which difficult to disassemble is analyzed on structural parameter、machining precision and use case,any kind of technique of disassemble is sorted detailed and point out the application condition.The machinery structure of primary clamp for disassemble is analyzed based on this.
