摘要
通过运用QC的方法,分析了泡沫模型整体数控加工技术的现状,改进了整体数控泡沫镶块的排样间距,节省泡沫材料,减少数控机床的动能消耗,节约成本,提高了经济效益。
The status of integral NC processing technology for foam model was studied by using QC method which has improved the layout space of foam insert in NC machining process,saved the foam material and decreased the kinetic energy consumption of NC machine tools.
