摘要
以提高冲模设计效率和自动化程度为出发点,研究在Solid Works环境下开发冲模标准件库的方法。分析了Solid Works软件的参数化设计原理以及在我国企业中的应用现状,选用Visual Basic 6.0作为开发工具,以模柄零件为例,介绍应用尺寸驱动法开发冲模标准件库的参数化设计过程。用户只要建立好参数化模型,就可以在VB界面中通过输入不同的参数来自动生成一系列的标准件。
A SolidWorks-based method to develop stamping die standard parts library was studied based on analysis on the parametric design principle of the software.The parametric design process on the basis of dimension driven method of Visual Basic 6.0 for a die shank was presented.When a parametric model was established,a series of standard parts can be generated automatically while entering different parameters in VB interface.
