Mechanism Dynamic Simulation and Operating Performance Optimization of Low Voltage Apparatus

摘要 对某低压电器产品的操作机构进行力学分析,获得其力学输出特性的数学表达,利用多体动力学仿真分析技术,计算了操作机构的力学输出特性和固有动作时间。在此基础上,分析其结构对操作力的影响因素,给出了降低其操作力的技术方案,并对其杆件长度比例进行了多变量、多约束条件下的仿真优化分析,给出了保证固有脱扣动作时间不变的基础上降低其操作力的结构方案。 The operating mechanism of low voltage apparatus product was analyzed, and the mathematics expression of mechanical output characteristic was obtained. Using muhibody dynamic simulation analysis technique, the mechanical output characteristic and inherent action time of the operating mechanism were calculated. Based on it, the effect factor of its structure on operating force was analyzed, the technique scheme for reducing operating force was given, and the simulation optimization analysis was done for the length ratio of the pole under the condition of muhivariate and multiple constraints, and the structure scheme that the operating force was reduced based on invariable release action time was given.
