摘要
目的 :检查经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查子宫肌瘤的临床应用价值。方法 :分析了 1997年至 1998年 8月经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查子宫肌瘤 19例。全部采用ACUSON ASPEN彩色多普勒超声显像仪 ,探头频率为 5～ 7MHZ。结果 :19例子宫肌瘤受检查均经手术证实。结论 :经阴道彩色多普勒检查子宫肌瘤准确率高、操作简单快捷 ,具有重要临床实用价值。
Objective:To assess the clinical value of colour doppler ultrasonography via vagina for hysteromyoma.Methods:To analyse 19 patients with hysteromyoma from 1997 to 1998.All patients were detected with Acuson Aspen colour doppler ultrasonography via vagina with probe frequency of 5～7MHz.Results:All 19 hysteromyoma were verified by operation.Conclusion:The advantages of this method are accurate,simple and effective and have important clinical diagnostic value.
