介绍了大冶有色700 kt/a冶炼烟气制酸项目建设背景和方案选择情况。根据铜冶炼烟气成分复杂、杂质含量高且气量波动大的特点,选择一级湍冲洗涤塔—气体冷却塔—二级湍冲洗涤塔—两级电除雾器酸洗净化、ⅣⅠ-ⅢⅡ"3+1"二转二吸制酸技术方案,并对关键设备和材料的选型提出思考和看法。
The construction background and technical option selection of Daye Nonferrous's 700 kt/a sulphuric acid project are described.According to the characteristics of copper smelting off-gases such as complex composition, high impurity content and fluctuated gas flow,the plant adopted a cleaning section consisting of two stage turbulent impulse scrubber,packed cooling tower and two-stage wet electrostatic precipitators andⅣⅠ-ⅢⅡ"3 +1"double absorption process.Some thinking and view about selection of key equipment and materials are made.
