摘要
本研究采用专家和新手相比较的研究范式,对2008年参加安徽省江南片篮球比赛的运动员进行了问卷调查。发现优秀篮球运动员在训练过程中倾向于任务定向,而篮球初学者则倾向于自我定向。研究还发现优秀篮球运动员与篮球初学者的目标定向都与社会成就取向动机呈显著相关,这是受中国文化社会价值观取向影响的结果。
Researcher adopts the study paradigm of experts―novices.Basketball players completed the TEOSQ and SOSAM—IOSAM Scale,the results show that in the course of exercitation excellent players are inclined to task-orientation,and elementary players are inclined to ego-orientation.Goal Orientation and social oriented achievement of basketball players have a correlation,which are influenced by social value of china culture.
