垂直轴磁悬浮风电系统双环自适应悬浮控制

摘要 提出了一种用于垂直轴风电系统的电磁和永磁相结合的混合磁悬浮设计方案及悬浮控制方案,其轴向位移由电磁铁主动控制,其余自由度由永磁铁以吸力方式给予约束,同时由永磁铁提供电磁控制的偏置磁场。建立了磁悬浮控制系统的模型,对电流环和位置环均采用模型参考自适应控制方案。对系统受到阶跃扰动的位移响应进行了仿真和实验,仿真和实验结果均证明这种控制方法能够使电流环快速跟踪给定信号,保证此悬浮系统能够很好地适应风速发生突变的情况,具有一定的实用价值。 The magnetic suspension technology is applied in the vertical axis wind turbines(VAWT) systems, not only the wind turbines' starting performance is improved, but also the wind energy conversion efficiency is greatly increased in small wind power generation systems (WPGS). At the meantime, the effect of micro-noise even mute is obtained. A hybrid magnetic suspension design and control scheme for the VAWT systems was proposed, which incorporated both the electromagnetic and permanent magnets control. The rotor's axial freedom was actively controlled by electromagnet while the other DOFs were restricted by the permanent magnets in attractive force mode. Simultaneously, the bias flux on electromagnetic control was also provided by the permanent magnets. The model of magnetic suspension control system was set up and model reference adaptive control (MRAC) was adopted for both the current loop and position loop. Then the simulation and experiment were implemented in motion response to an impulse force under MRAC. The simulation experiment shows the practicability of the control method because it can automatically adjust when the wind velocity is suddenly changed.
