摘要
目的：观察抗返流治疗对胃－食管返流（ＧＥＲ）相关性哮喘虱肺功能的影响。方法：２５例ＧＥＲ相关性哮喘患者，在常规哮喘治疗基础上均给予抗返流治疗８周，并于治疗前后作肺功能测定。结果：抗返流治疗后，肺功能比治疗前均有明显改善，其中ＦＥＶ１和ＰＥＦＲ的改善最明显；１２例临床控制（４８．０％），１３例好转（５２．０％）；２１例需长期服用支气管剂的患者，１３例完全停用，８例用量减少一半以上（３８．１％）；
Objective:To observe the effect of anti-reflux treatment on lung function in patients with gastroesophageal reflux (GER) correlation asthma.Methods:The 25 cases patients with GER correlation asthma on routine base,treatment for antireflux for 8 weeks,the lung function were measured at treatment before 1 week and after treatment 2,4,8 weeks and after the end-treatment 2 weeks.Results:After treatment 12 cases were controlled (48.0%),13 cases were better than before(52.0%).The 21 cases must use bronchodilator for long time,13 cases didn't use it at all (61.9%),the dose of 8 cases was decreased half than before (38.1%).The 13 cases need inhale corticosteroid for long time,8 cases didn't use it (61.5%) and 5 cases used less (38.5%).Conclusion:Whether the GER forward asthma or asthma forward GER,anti-reflux treatment was an effective method to treat patients with GER correlation asthma.
