摘要
为了提高毕业生的就业能力,对地方高校实习基地的建设进行了探讨,阐述了护理专业实习基地的构建,总结了基地建设过程中各方面的经验。提出了构建多种形式的实习基地促进毕业生就业的设想,为学生实习教学改革提供参考。
This paper discusses the construction of the practice bases for nursing students,and summarized up the experience in the base-building process.At the same time,a proposal for building the diversity practice base was given to promote employment,which can give a reference for the reform of experimental teaching.
