摘要
本文对两区域投入产出模型进行了拓展,并利用区域间投入产出表数据对中国东、中、西三大地带的区域内乘数效应、区域间溢出效应和区域间反馈效应的前、后向联系进行了测度。结果表明,我国东部地区对中西部的溢出效应不及后者对前者的显著,中部地区没有发挥区域经济的纽带作用,这在很大程度上限制了区域协调作用的发挥。因此,要实现东、中、西三大地带的产业协调和区域福利补偿,必须加快产业转移,扩大区域间公共知识溢出的效率。
In this paper we extend the traditional model of two-egional input-output pro-duced by Isard,Miller and Round and give a method to measure the effect such as the forward and backward linkages of intra-regional multiple effect,inter-regional spillover effect and feedback effect of three regions by multi-regional input-output analysis.After then,we estimate the three effect of multiple,spillover and feedback among three regions by using the data of China’s multi-regional input-output tables.The result shows that the development of eastern region has small spillover effect on the western region in China,even smaller than that of the western on the eastern.The center region hasn’t played as the role of ties in regional economics,which largely hinders the development of regional coordination.Therefore,in order to achieve the strategic coordination among regions and inter-region welfare compensation,it is necessary to fasten the industry transfer and expand the spill-over efficiency of public knowledge among regions.
