摘要
介绍了一种用于光电倍增管的可变延迟高压门控开关电路。其延迟可在较宽范围内任意移动，并有较快的开关时间。该电路已成功地用于高空激光雷达的信号探测系统中。本电路稍加改进就可适用于需要高压门控的其他探测系统中。
A high voltage gating switch of variable delay for photomultiplier tube has been fabricated. Which variable delay range is changeable and the gating pulse has fast rise time. The circuit has been applied for getting signal detection of laser radar.
