摘要
[目的]研究壳寡糖对小麦(Triticum aestivum)种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[方法]利用不同浓度壳寡糖处理小麦种子及幼苗,研究壳寡糖对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[结果]壳寡糖能够有效地提高小麦种子胚乳淀粉酶活力,提高胚根、胚芽的生长速率,促进小麦种子萌发;同时,壳寡糖还可提高小麦幼苗叶片叶绿素含量以及根系活力,促进幼苗生长。其中浓度为0.1μg/m l壳寡糖的促进作用最为明显。[结论]壳寡糖具有促进小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的作用。该研究可为壳寡糖的应用提供理论支持。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of chito-oligosaccharide on wheat seed germination and seedlings growth.[Methods] Treating wheat seed and seedling with different consistency of chito-oligosaccharide,the effect of chito-oligosaccharide on wheat seed germination and seedlings growth was studied.[Results] The results showed that chito-oligosaccharide could improve the amylase activity of wheat seed,increase the growth-rate of root and bud,stimulate the seed germination.And at the time,it could improve the chlorophyll of the plants and the root activity,and accelerate the rate of wheat seedlings growth.Comparatively,the chito-oligosaccharide in concentrations of 0.1 μg/ml made the most obvious promotion effect.[Conclusion] Chito-oligosaccharide can make a promotion effect on wheat seed germination and seedlings growth.The study can provide theoretical support for the applying of chito-oligosaccharide.
