摘要
目的建立蒙成药布仁他拉哈含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定胡椒碱的含量,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水（75∶25）,检测波长为343nm。结果胡椒碱在0.03206~0.3206μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为97.72%,RSD为1.08%。结论该方法具有简便、快速、准确等特点,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective A HPLC method was established for determination of Piperin of prepared Mongolia traditional medicine,Burentalaha.Methods A Diamonsil C18 column was used;the mobile phase was methanol-water（75∶25）;the detection wavelength was 343nm.Results The Linear range was within 0.03206～0.3206μg,r=0.9999.The average recovery rate was 97.72% and RSD was 1.08%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Burentalaha.
