摘要
目的观察蓝芩口服液治疗慢性咽炎的有效性和安全性。方法本院门诊慢性咽炎患者135例，男82例，女53例，年龄41～86岁。均按照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》诊断为慢性咽炎。随机分为两组：治疗组80例和对照组55例。治疗组给予蓝芩口服液20ml，3次／天。对照组给予银黄口服液20ml，3次／天。两组疗程均为12天。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（x^2=6．09 P〈0．05）。治疗组痊愈时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论蓝芩口服液治疗慢性咽炎安全、有效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Lanqin oral solution on chronicpharyngitis and its safety. Methods A total 135 outpatients with chronicpharyngitis were enrolled. There were 82 males and 53 females aged from 41 to 86years. All the patients were diagnosed as chronicpharyngitis by 《Criteria of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of Internal Diseases and Syndromes in Traditional Chinese Medicine》 . They were divided into two groups at random, i.e. trial group （n=80） and control group （n=55） . The trial group were treated with Lanqin oral solution （20ml, tid） . The control group was treated with Yinghuang oral solution （20ml, tid） . Both groups were treated for 12 days. Results （ 1 ） The overall response rate of the trial group was higher than that of the control group （X2=6.09 P〈0.05）. （2） The heal time of the trial group was shorter than that of the control group （p〈0.05） . Conclusion Lanqin oral solution is safe and effective on chronicpharyngitis.
