摘要
为考察简便低耗的电解材料处理效果,采用铸铁阳极电解絮凝法对老龄垃圾渗滤液进行了处理,通过正交实验和单因素实验考察了电解液浓度、电流密度、pH、极板间距对处理效果的影响。结果表明,电解絮凝法对该老龄垃圾渗滤液有较好的处理效果,当电流密度为50 mA/cm2、pH值为9、极板间距为2 cm、电解75 min后,COD和NH3-N的去除率分别达到70.34%和90.01%,有效减轻了后续反应的负荷,并为中试和工业设计应用提供了参考。
The aging landfill leachate was treated with electrocoagulation method of cast iron diodes.The effect of leachate's concentration,current density,pH value of the solution and electrode distance on treatment efficiency was studied by the orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments.Results showed that the main influencing factors on COD removal were current density and pH,and those on NH3-N removal were pH and operation time.Electrocoagulation is an effective process for treatment of aged-landfill leachate.The COD and NH3-N removal rates were 70.34% and 90.01%,respectively,under the conditions that current density was 50 mA/cm2,pH of leachate was 9,electrode distance was 2 cm,and the operation time was 75 minutes.It indicated that electrocoagulation could reduce the following treatment load and provided a valuable reference for pilot scale research and industrial application.
