摘要
利用Pro/E软件对JHB450型矿用绞车的减速器进行建模,通过ADAMS软件对齿轮传动系统进行了动力学分析;利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对减速器箱体进行了模态分析,并对比了齿轮系统的动态特性,得出减速器动态特性是合理的。实现了用虚拟样机代替实际样机进行验证设计,提高了设计质量和效率。
The model of the reducer of JHB450 mine hoist is established based on Pro/E and the dynamic characteristics of the gear transmission system is analyzed with ADAMS.In addition,after the modal analysis of the reducer being made with ANSYS,the dynamic characteristics of the gear transmission system are compared,and it is concluded that the dynamic characteristics of the reducer is reasonable.Thus,the design verification is realized with the virtual prototype instead of the actual prototype,which leads to the improvement of design quality and efficiency.
