摘要
大直径矿井采用钻井法施工时,通常采用分级扩孔的施工方法。大直径扩孔钻头设计的合理与否是影响钻井效率的主要因素。结合工程实践,对扩孔钻头总成及破岩刀具、刀盘形式、吸渣口和溢流孔的布置等进行了分析和总结,提出了设计和使用原则。
Stage reaming is usually applied to the drilling of large diameter shafts.Whether the large diameter ream bit is designed reasonably is the main factor affecting the drilling efficiency.In combination with actual production,the papers analyzes and concludes the ream bit and the rock-breaking cutter,types of the cutter head,the layout of broken bits suction ports and overflow ports,and proposes the design and employment principle.
