摘要
为了满足实用需求,从静电喷涂工艺对防锈油的要求出发,通过评价,筛选了合适的基础油、防锈剂、雾化性能改进剂,研制出了静电喷涂防锈油,其雾化性能好,涂油均匀,防锈效果优异,清净性好易于除去,可满足现代钢铁冷轧企业工业应用要求。
A kind of antirust oil for electrostatic spray was developed by properly screening base oil,antirust agent and atomization-performance improving agent in relation to the requirements for electrostatic spraying process.Resultant antirust oil was primarily put into use.It was found that as-prepared antirust oil for electrostatic spray was easily painted and removed,and possessed excellent fogging,antirust and detergency performance,showing promising potential in modern cold-rolling industry of iron and steel.
