摘要
由于传统的残炭与沥青质比值预测油样结焦倾向耗时较长,本文基于弹丸焦的形成机理,从现场采集装置产生的普通焦典型油样及产生弹丸焦油样,在特定反应设备上,考察了两类油样在特定生焦反应条件下的产品分布及微残炭值的差别,建立了弹丸焦油样及普通焦油样数据库,通过数据库及待定油样特定反应参数判断油样的结焦倾向,提出了一种快速预测结焦的定温实验残渣油收率法。
It was time-consuming of method which used traditional ratio of carbon residue and asphaltene coking to forecast tendency of coking of oil sample.Based on the formation mechanism of the shot coke,oil sample of ordinary coke and shot coke were collected from unit.Then on the specific device,differences of toluene insoluble yield,product distribution and micro-carbon residues of two type oil under particular reaction conditions were investigated.And oil database of shot coke and ordinary coke were established.So coking tendency of oil sample can be determined by the database and its specific reaction parameters.
