摘要
根据上海市少数民族流动人口登记数据并结合调查访谈资料,分析上海市少数民族流动人口的现状特征。结果表明,上海市少数民族流动人口生存发展中存在的主要问题有:做小生意的比例高,但合法经营资格的取得比较难;子女受教育问题突出;突发事件增长较快。据此提出进一步规范各级政府部门的工作职责、切实重视清真食品供应点合理布局、充分发挥少数民族人士和少数民族社会团体作用等方面的建议。
Based on the aggregate data from the floating population registration together with correlative questionnaires and interviews in Shanghai,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the floating minority people.The findings show the main problems as follows： the larger proportion of the people engages in dickers,but it is hard for them to be entitled to a legal business license;issues of their children＇s education are prior to other ones;incidents emerge among them in a fast speed.As the result,the authors proposes to standardize the functions of governments at all levels,to pay more attention to the suitable arrangement for Moslem food services,to bring into full play the duties and functions of the people and social organizations of the minorities and so forth.
