摘要
为加深对曲棍球项目特征的认识,更好促进我国曲棍球项目的发展,采用文献研究法和观察法,对曲棍球运动的竞赛特征和竞技能力特征进行分析和探讨。研究表明:1)曲棍球项目的竞赛特征集中表现为"对抗",且对抗日趋激烈。规则是对抗的前提,也限定了对抗的范围。比赛在对抗方式、对抗方向、对抗手段上呈现出复杂多变的特点。此外,曲棍球对抗还表现为不同的竞技风格的对抗。2)曲棍球竞技能力各要素呈现出复杂多元的特征。球员竞技能力和教练组的综合能力组成了球队整体竞技能力。要提高曲棍球各项竞技能力,需充分把握比赛的特点和要求,从实战要求出发,注重体能训练的专项化设计,注重创造条件提高技能的自动化程度,注重简化战术思维的培养,注重通过高水平实战增加专项心理能力和智能,注重培养球队核心的领导和模范作用,注重提高教练组的综合能力,注重竞技能力间的整合等。
In order to strengthen the cognition of the special features of field hockey, and to promote the development of field hockey in China, based on literature study and observational survey, this research analyzes and explores characteristics of competition and competitive ability of field hockey. The conclusions are as follows： （1） The features of competition of field hockey focus on confrontation. The competition rule is the precondition of confrontation, and limits the range of confrontation.The competition rule makes place kick become the important factor affecting confrontation results and become the important content of confrontation. The feature of non-repetition of field hockey competition makes confrontation complicated and volatile. On the confrontation way, there is the feature of opposition and unity of team and individual. On the confrontation direction, there is the feature of multivariate content and single purpose. On the confrontation means, there is the feature of opposition and unity of stamina, technical ability, and tactical ability. Furthermore, there is the confrontation of different competition style of field hockey. The combined action of field hockey commercialization and development fundamentalism makes confrontation more intensive day by day. （2） The factors of competitive ability of field hockey present multi-characteristic.Ballplayer s competitive ability and coach s general ability constitute the whole competitive ability of field hockey team. To improve competitive ability of field hockey, it is necessary to grasp features and requests of field hockey match, from a point of view of the actual combat demand or higher demand, to attach importance to special design of stamina, to create conditions to improve the degree of technical automation, to simplify the cultivation of the tactical thinking, to strengthen specialized mental ability and sport intellect through high-level matches, to cultivate star s leading and exemplar role, to improve coach s general ability, and to integrate the factors of competitive ability.
