摘要
采用文献资料法对我国体育经纪业发展中的主要问题进行回顾和分析。研究结果表明:经纪人违法违规行为频发,资源短缺与资源垄断并存,从业培训赢利化,行业自律管理缺位是当前我国体育经纪业发展中存在的主要问题。据此,以行政许可法、反垄断法的相关条款为依据,借鉴国外同行及其他中介组织的管理经验,提出转变政府管理职能,开放经纪资源,加强法规体系建设,规范认证培训,强化行业自律等相应对策。
By adopting the method of literature consultation,the author reviewed and analyzed the main problems on the development of sport brokerage industry.The results show that illegal behaviors arise frequently;both shortage of resources and resource monopoly exist;professional training gains more profit;and the industrial self-discipline is inadequate.Accordingly,based on the relevant terms of Administrative Licensing Law and Anti-Monopoly Law,and referred to the management experience of this profession abroad and other agencies,the author put forward some countermeasures below： transforming the management function of government,opening the brokerage resources,strengthening the legal system construction,standardizing the professional training,and enhancing the industrial self-discipline and so on.
