摘要
目的探讨多媒体教学运用于产科临床护理带教的优越性。方法选取2009年7月~2010年5月在我科实习的护生128名,运用随机分组的方法,将实习护生分成两组,每组64人。分别采用多媒体教学法和传统教学法进行教学,比较两组的教学效果。结果多媒体教学组的护生在出科综合考试、带教老师满意度和病人满意度上明显提高,两组的教学效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体技术方便、实用,是很适合产房临床护理教学的一种方法。
Objective To investigate the superiority of multimedia teaching in maternity nursing teaching.Methods 128 nursing students in practice in our department from July 2009 to May 2010 were randomly divided into two groups.One group used multimedia teaching methods and the other group used traditional teaching methods.Results Multimedia group improved significantly in examination scores,teachers' satisfaction and patients' satisfaction.The difference between the two groups in teaching effectiveness was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Multimedia is convenient and practical,which is a method quite suitable for clinical maternity nursing teaching.
