摘要
目的探讨杉树皮小夹板用于四肢骨折的包扎技巧。方法总结16年的骨科临床护理经验。结果包扎要有技巧,松紧度适宜,关节部位使用多头带固定药物,及"8"字方法包扎,包扎后注意功能锻炼的宣教及血运观察。结论采用杉树皮小夹板固定四肢骨折护理方法方便、安全、有效。
Objective To explore the dressing skills on fir tree bark splints used for extremities fracture.Method Summarizing our ex perience of orthopedics clinical care for 16 years.Results The dressing for extremities fracture has important skills,such as fit compactness,fixing plaster with many-tailed bandage on joints,dressing with the manner of figure of ＂8＂ sometimes.Educating the functional exercise and observating the blood supply after dressing is important.Conclusion Dressing with fir tree bark splints for extremities fracture is convenient,safe and effective.
