摘要
近年来,随着我国新机研制以及国际合作、转包生产任务的扩大,航空企业数控机床总量已明显增加,要求进行数控加工的零件数量增多。为了提高自身的制造水平和市场竞争力,制造企业在引进数控设备方面投入了越来越多的资金。数控加工仿真技术需要解决的问题已经不能仅仅考虑刀具轨迹的正确性,同时必须考虑加工系统中的各种因素:机床、工件、NC程序、工装。为此,对仿真系统的模型进行必要扩大和完善,引入虚拟机床模型、工装模型,提高加工过程仿真的真实性,以利于教学和生产。
With the expansion of our country's new aircraft development,international cooperation and sub-contracting task,there is a visible rise in the total amount of numerical control milling machines of aviation enterprises,and also in the number of spare parts requiring numerical control processing.To enhance their manufacturing level and market competitiveness,manufacturing enterprises inject more and more capital in the introduction of numerical control equipment.Problems of numerical control emulation are not limited to the correctness of knife track.Various factors of the processing system should be considered as well: milling machine,work piece,NC program,and coverall.Therefore,it is necessary to expand and improve the model of emulation system,introduce virtual machine tool model and coverall model,and enhance the correctness of processing emulation for the convenience of teaching and production.
