摘要
重点研究了C12~24正构烷烃在加热、光催化和化学催化条件下氯化反应的反应特征,并对这3种氯化方式进行了对比分析;探讨了化学催化氯代反应的影响因素,利用正交实验得出最佳工艺条件为:反应时间12h,反应温度70℃,催化剂加入量1%(质量分数),进氯速度25g/h。实验证明该催化剂可大大缩短反应时间,提高设备利用率和产品质量,为氯代烃产品的工业化生产方式的选择提供了依据。
The characteristics of chloro-substituted reaction of C12-24 n-alkanes under the condition of heating, photocatalyis and chemical catalyis are studied, and the comparative analysis on the three methods is made. The influencial factors on chloro-substituted reaction of C12-24 n-alkanes under the condition of chemical catalyst are emphatically discussed. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows: 12 hour of reaction time, 70℃ of reaction temperature, 1 wt% of the catalyst content, :25 g/h of the feeding speed of chlorine. The research provides theoretical basis for mode selection of industrialized production of chlorinated hydrocarbons.
