摘要
旋转盘是硬币清分机中的重要零部件之一,其抗扭强度直接影响清分机的性能。应用三维软件Pro/E对旋转盘进行实体建模,然后导入到ANSYS中,对其上的关键部位进行应力和位移分析,通过结果对比,对其进行了必要的改进,改进后的结果在实际中得到了检验。
Rotating disc is a most important part of the coin counting machine,and its torsional strength has a great impact on the capability of the coin counting machine.In this paper,it establishes the entity model of rotating disc in Pro/E,analyzes the stress and displacement on the critical position of the part with ANSYS.Based on this analysis it puts forward some necessary improvements in the rotating disc,demonstrats the improved results in practice.
