摘要
市政管线综合及道路定线的规划工作是市政工程建设实施的前提和依据。随着资料数据的急剧增多、综合协调能力的较低,迫切需要建立有效的规划信息管理系统。鉴于GIS强大的地理图形和空间定位功能,研究了在GIS平台上建立市政管线综合及道路定线规划信息系统;并以北京市规划院市政数据为例,探讨了信息系统的建立及管理过程。该系统实现了对市政管线综合、道路定线数据的动态管理,保证了信息的及时性,为城市可持续发展及防灾减灾提供决策支持。
Municipal pipeline comprehension is the premise and basis of the municipal engineering' s construction and implementation. It is necessary to create an effective planning information system as the data nastily increasing and the comprehensive moderate abilities decreasing. Because of GIS' s strong geography sketch and space position function, a municipal pipeline comprehension planning information system is studied based on GIS. It is proposed to build and manage the information system using the municipal data of Beijing Municipal Institute of City Planning and Design. This system realizes the real-time update and dynamic management of data of municipal pipeline comprehension and road surveying, ensures the betimes of information, and supports for urban sustainable development and disaster prevention and mitigation work.
