摘要
将小波提升应用到GIS数据压缩中,提出一种新的数据压缩方法,其使用一系列不相交的三角形来近似表示地球表面。这个方法分成如下几个步骤来进行:首先,将任意的数据点集合通过使用Delaunay三角形来构建TIN;然后使用插值小波过滤方法通过分裂和提升两步对TIN进行处理,在分裂过程中将一个三角形分割成几个小三角形,在提升过程中对分裂后的点坐标进行修改;最后使用第二代小波对数据点集进行压缩。
A new method of data compression is raised by applying wavelet lifting to the field of data compression in GIS, which uses a series of disjoint triangles to approximate the earth's surface. This method is divided into several steps as follows: firstly, use the Delaunay triangle of any points data to build a TIN; then use the wavelet interpolation and filtration methods by split-up and lifting to deal with the TIN, during the splitting process a triangle will be divided into several small triangles, during the lifting process the point coordinate after spilt-up will be modified; finally use the second generation wavelet to compress the points data.
