The design ofintelligent control system of layered oilfield water injection

摘要 油井的地下油层大多有多个,每层的地质物理条件差异很大,而且每个油层都是独立、封闭的储油体,这是由形成油层的地质条件不同造成的。就同一注水井而言,以同一压力注水,某些层段可能大量进水,某些层就可能进水少甚至不进水,导致不进水的油层里的油驱替不出来,造成采油死区,使产油量下降。为了使各油层注水注量合理、注水均匀,提高各油层的水驱油效率,科学家研究出了分层注水的办法,被国内外油田作为油田注水开发最有效的办法广泛应用。 There are not only one oil layers underground, and each layer has its own geological and physical conditions much different from one another. Besides, every oil layer is independent and closed, which is caused by different geological conditions. As to one water-injected well, under the same water pressure, some oil layers may absorb mass water, while other oil layers may absorb less or even none. This will make lack-water layers' oil unreplaced, be dead areas and less oil production correspondingly. In order to make the water-injection setting reasonable and improve the injection efficiency of oil replacement, scientists work out the way of separate layered injection, which, as the most efficient way, is applied widely to the development of oilfield water injection in oilfield at home and abroad.
