摘要
对La1+ zBa2- zCu3Oy 相的形成、固溶度和La 对Ba 的替代进行了系统研究,以期获得制备具有更高Tc 的超导体的最佳条件.实验表明La1+ zBa2- zCu3Oy 在空气中固溶度为0.20~0.70,N2 中为0.在空气中合成La1+ zBa2- zCu3Oy 时,La 能替代Ba,但Ba并不能替代La,空气和O2有利于La 对Ba 的替代,但当在N2 中合成La1+ zBa2- zCu3Oy 时,La 对Ba的替代受到抑制.结果表明:在N2 中烧结和冷却是制备的具有更高Tc 的单相LaBa2Cu3Oy 超导体的关键步骤之一.
The phase formation,solid solution range and the substitution of La for Ba of La 1+z Ba 2-z Cu 3O y are investigated systematically for obtaining and understanding the optimum condition for preparing La123 superconductor with higher T c. The solid solution range of La 1+z Ba 2-z Cu 3O y are z =0.20~0.70 in air and z =0 in N 2.La can substitute for Ba,but Ba can not for La in La 1+z Ba 2-z Cu 3O y in air or O 2.Atmosphere of O 2 or air is favorable for the substitution of La for Ba.The substitution is suppressed when La 1+z Ba 2-z Cu 3O y are sintered and cooled in N 2.It is found that sintering and cooling procedure in N 2 atmosphere is one key procedure to prepare single phase high quality La123 superconductor with higher T c.
