摘要
梳脱式谷物联合收获是一种利用梳脱头在收获谷物时只捋取生长在田间作物的籽粒部分进行脱粒、分离清选处理,同时用割草装置把梳脱后的禾秆割下,并输送到侧边铺放的收获工艺。为此,阐述了4LS-150型梳脱式联合收割机总体设计、工作原理及关键部件的结构特点,并对其相关参数试验结果进行了分析。
The stripping harvest is a sort of process which just harvest the heads of grain standing in the field.The heads of grain is threshed cleaned in the stripping combine harvester and the straw is cut down by cutting device and transferred to the side of the machine subsequently.The structure,working principles and characteristics of key components of the stripping combine harvester model 4LS-150 are introduced in this paper.The test results about the key parameters are analyzed.
