摘要
针对轴承钢环件轧制中产生的端面凹坑与折叠缺陷进行了分析。实践证明,铆镦镦粗、控制坯料高度和合理匹配径向、轴向轧制力可以很大程度改善轴承钢环件轧制端面凹坑与折叠缺陷。
This paper has been analyzed for the depression and overlap defects on rolling ends of ring shaped pieces of bearing steel.The result shows that the depression and overlap defects on rolling ends of ring shaped pieces of bearing steel can be improved with riveting upsetting,strict controlling the blank height,and reasonable matching the radial and axial rolling load.
