孟鲁司特联合雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘临床观察 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨孟鲁司特联合雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将90例支气管哮喘急性发作的患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。对照组予抗生素、激素、多索茶碱等常规治疗;治疗组予0.9%氯化钠溶液3ml+布地奈德1mg、0.9%氯化钠溶液3ml+硫酸特布他林2.5mg,均2次/d,雾化吸入,孟鲁司特10mg,1次/d,睡前口服。每组均以7d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率80.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组肺功能的各项指标均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组1s用力呼气容积占预计值百分比,最大呼气量流量占预计值百分比明显高于对照组(P<0.05),用力肺活量占预计值百分比,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘疗效显著。
