摘要
目的调查分析前列腺切除术后尿路感染的原因,并探讨预防措施。方法采用回顾性方法,调查2006年1月-2009年12月行前列腺切除术患者尿路感染的发生情况。结果 332例患者共发生尿路感染126例,发生率38.0%;共分离病原菌147株,革兰阴性杆菌93株,占63.3%,革兰阳性球菌42株,占28.6%,真菌12株,占8.1%;前列腺切除术后发生尿路感染与原发病导致尿液滞留、留置尿管、留置时间过长等因素有关。结论加强留置导管的护理,控制留置导尿时间,提倡生理性膀胱冲洗和加强术后的心理护理是减少前列腺切除术后尿路感染发生的有效措施。
OBJECTIVE To study the causes of urinary tract infection after prostatectomy and discuss countermeasures.METHODS The urinary tract infection after prostatectomy from Jan 2006 and Dec 2009 was analyzed by retrospective method.RESULTS There were 126 cases of urinary tract infectin in 332 pantients who accepted prostatectomy,and the rate was 38.0%.There were 147 strains of pathogen isolated.The rate of Gram-negative bacilli was 63.3%,the rate of gram positive coccus was 28.6%,and the rate of fungi was 8.2%.Urine remain caused by the primary disease,insertion of catheter and long indwelling time of catheter were the correlative factors for the infection.CONCLUSION Careful nursing and reasonable time of caterterzation,phosiological bladder irrigation and mental nursing after operation are the effctive measures to reduce the urinary tract infection after prostatectomy.
