Passy-Muir说话瓣膜结合康复训练治疗气管切开患者1例报道 被引量：8

摘要 在气管切开患者中,在气管套管口安放一个单向通气阀,用于改善吞咽和说话功能的装置,称为说话瓣膜.说话瓣膜有不同的品牌,其中Passy-Muir说话瓣膜（Passy-Muir speaking valve,PMV）是目前美国运用最为广泛的一种说话瓣膜.患者配戴说话瓣膜后,能够即刻不同程度恢复发声、言语交流功能.说话瓣膜在美国等西方围家应用普遍,
