摘要
目的提高婴幼儿常用部位X射线片质量。方法根据日常工作常见摄影部位随机各选取100例婴幼儿患者,其中男性54例,女性46例;年龄1天~5岁,平均年龄2.5岁。根据婴幼儿的特点,设计摄影部位技巧,采用特制工具和辅助工具进行摄影。结果甲级片率为70.09%,乙级片率为26.91%,丙级片率为2.27%,废片率为0.73%。结论通过上述方法对婴幼儿进行X射线摄影,使平均甲级片率显著提高,不但获得满意的摄影效果,而且能够提高工作效率,减少婴幼儿照射量,为放射科医生诊断提供保证。
Objective To improve X-ray radiography quality of conventional position in infant and children.Methods The conventional X-ray radiography position of 100 cases were enrolled,male 54,female 46,aged 1 day-5 years old,mean age 2.5 years old.The photography site technique was designed,and special assisted tools were applied to improve X-ray radiography quality according to the patient's characteristics.Results The qualify rates were 70.09 % in grade Ⅰ X-ray photograph,26.91 % in gradeⅡ,2.27% in grade Ⅲ,only 0.73 % was waste film.Conclusion It is demonstrated that the modified method of X-ray photography in infant and children is significantly increasing the average grade,not only to obtain satisfactory results,but also improve work efficiency,decrease radiation dose for the patients.Thus it is very helpful for maintaining the safty to radiologists.
