摘要
对某飞机主减速器后撑杆焊缝疲劳断裂原因作了分析。结果表明, 焊缝疲劳断裂是由于手工焊接时工艺控制不当, 使得焊缝局部受到较严重过热, 造成组织粗大, 导致焊缝局部疲劳强度降低。
The fatigue fracture reason of the weld seam at the back supporting rod of the main reductor of an aircraft has been analyzed by fractography and metallographic test The result shows that fatigue fracture of the weld is due to wrong technical control of artificial weld, comparatively severe overheat and coarse microstructure were caused at the local weld, which degrades the fatigue strength of the local weld
