摘要
破片和冲击波是爆炸性武器造成人体损伤的主要因素。近年来随着科技的发展,爆炸性武器逐渐向着弹体材料非金属化、弹片低能化和致伤效应复合化的方向发展,使得爆炸破片伤伤情特点更加复杂,同时给外科处理也带来了新的困难。本文对爆炸性武器产生的破片对人体造成损伤的机制、损伤特点和早期外科处理措施的研究进展进行综述。
Fragment and shock wave are the main injury factors for explosive weapons.With the development of technology,more and more new explosive weapons,which have characteristics of being made of non-metallic material,producing low-energy fragment and producing combined wound effects,have been used in recent conflicts.These changes of explosive weapons may cause complicated projectile injuries and they are difficult to handle for surgery.This article reviews the issues of injury mechanisms,characteristics and primary surgery treatment for explosive projectile injuries.
