摘要
近十年来, 一系列具有极大玻璃形成能力、极低的临界冷却速率(01~10K/s) 的大块非晶合金相继被发现。各种新研制出的大块非晶合金有两个共同的特征: (1) 具有多元合金成分 (三~五个组元);(2) 具有较大的过冷液相区温度范围(ΔTx = Tx Tg)。本文综合评述了大块非晶合金的研究进展、最新成果。
During the last ten years, one of the most important achievement in bulk amorphous synthesis is that certain metallic alloys can be vitrified from liquid state at low cooling rate(about 0 1~10K/s), and a number of multicomponent bulk amorphous alloys with large glass forming ability have been gradually found These new bulk amorphous alloys have two general features: first, they are multicomponent(at least three and very often five elements), and second, they exhibit large values of temperature interval of undercooled liquid region(ΔT x=T x-T g), where T x is the crystallization temperature of the amorphous alloys, and T g is the glass transition temperature of the alloys This paper aims to review recent development in bulk amorphous alloys, especially, mechanisms and improvement of large glass forming ability have been discussed
