流动注射分光光度法测定制革废水中单宁 被引量:1

Determination of Tannins in Tannery Wastewater by Flow Injection Spectrophotometry

摘要 单宁可将Fe3+还原为Fe2+,Fe2+与1,10-菲啰啉发生显色反应,生成的络合物在510nm波长下有最大吸收。基于此原理,并结合流动注射技术,建立了制革废水中单宁含量快速准确分析方法。方法线性浓度范围为0.10~5.00mg/L,检出限0.05mg/L,精密度(RSD)为0.492%。应用本方法测定制革废水中单宁含量,与行业标准方法结果一致。 An analytical method for determining tannins in tannery wastewater was developed.The procedure was based on the reduction of Fe3+ to Fe2+ by tannins and the complex of Fe2+-1,10-phenanthroline was formed during the reaction.The maximum absorbance of the complex was 510nm.A linear calibration curve was obtained at the concentration range of 0.10~5.00mg/L.The detection limit is 0.05mg/L.The relative standard deviation is 0.492%.The test results agreed well with the currently used standard method for the determination of tannins in tannery wastewater.
