周期性癫痫样放电与癫痫发作的相关性 被引量：6

摘要 周期性癫痫样放电（periodicepileptiformdischarges，PEDs）是一种罕见的脑电现象，是指癫痫样放电（棘波、尖波、尖慢波等）以一定间隔周期性反复出现在一侧或双侧大脑半球。1964年由Chatrian等首先描述了经典的周期性一侧性癫痫样放电（periodiclateralizedepileptiformdischarges，PLEDs）。根据放电部位的不同，除PLEDs外，周期性癫痫样放电还包括双侧周期性独立性癫痫样放电、广泛性周期性癫痫样放电等。
