三,加大资金投入,采用先进技术装备进行武装。多年来对食品工业投资少,在工业部门基本建设投资中所占的比重不断下降,直至80年代才出现加大投资的新局面。头5年,食品工业扩大生产,主要是大量采用国产设备;其后5年,则增加采用新技术,并引进先进的技术装备。这10年间,引进了面粉、大米、方便面、面包、挂面、油脂、西式肉制品、啤酒、饮料、卷烟、乳制品、制糖等行业的生产线和单机,用汇超过10亿美元。
After a period of uncertain fortunes, China's food industry then began to re-equip with advanced technology, upgrading the quality of food. In this issue, we continue to present the last two stages, in the history of China's food industry over the past 50 years.
