摘要
应用多种研究方法,系统探讨了桑蚕茧的荧光特性、不同荧光色蚕茧的丝蛋白结构和性能的异同点;并且发现,由于荧光性物质不同所引起的茧丝蛋白高次结构不同,从而形成了不同荧光色茧的性能差异。
Researches made on fluorescent shades, structures and properties of mulberry cocoons reveal that the fibroin with different fine structures caused by different fluorochromes will result in property difference of the fluorescent cocoon.
