摘要
在整个工程建设项目规划、管理与实施的过程中,如何在坚持经济性和实事求是的原则前提下实现对桥梁维修加固工程长远而有效的规划与方案构思,从而充分利用有限资金取得最大的经济效益和社会效益是桥梁维修与加固项目亟需解决的关键问题。为了有效解决这一问题,现从建立合理、科学及具有可操作性的项目前期规划与方案构思的角度进行了探索研究,得到了一些有益的结论。
In the procession of global engineering construction,bridge retrofit project is one of the most essential stages.However,how to achieve maximum economic and social benefits and make full use of the limited funds in the principle of economy and seeking truth from facts is the urgent key issues.In order to solve the problem effectively,this paper carries out exploration and research from the point of view of establishment on rational,scientific and workable concept of the project and obtains some useful conclusions.
