摘要 采用自编的农村教师培训现状调查问卷,对山西省忻州市13个乡37所农村中小学校的在职公办教师进行的调查表明,在农村教师培训中,培训目标、培训内容、培训组织实施、培训评价以及培训需求等方面均存在不同程度的问题,其主要原因在于缺乏正确理念、政策支持力度不大、培训资源匮乏、培训经费严重不足、培训管理不科学等。要保障农村教师培训有效开展,需要更新培训观念,加强培训基地建设,完善评价体系,健全农村教师培训的保障制度。 By applying the self-made questionnaire concerning the current situation of rural teaclher training, we made a survey of in-service public teachers in 37 rural primary and middle schools in 13 counties of Xinzhou City of Shanxi province. The investigation shows that there exist varying problems in the objective of training, the content of training, the organization and implementation of training, the evaluation of training and the requirements of training in the rural teacher training. The main reasons lie in the lack of correct concepts, the lack of support of policy, as well as the shortage of training resources, great insufficiency of training funds and the lack of scientific training management. To guarantee the effective implementation of rural teaching training, it is necessary to update the training ideas, strengthen the training base construction, better the evaluation system, and improve the system guarantee of rural teacher training.
