摘要
随着经济全球化进程节奏的加快,市场竞争愈发激烈,我国的民营企业面临的风险不断增多,其中财务风险是最大风险之一,因此关注财务风险已经成为当今企业管理研究的一个重要方向。本文从我国民营企业目前面临财务风险现状为出发点,通过深入研究其成因,对民营企业经营中的财务风险提出了一些规避防范对策。
With the acceleration of the pace of economic globalization,the market is more competitive,and China＇s private enterprises are facing increasing risks,the financial risk is one of the biggest risk,so concerning about the financial risk has become an important direction for the enterprise management research.Taking the financial risks status of the current private enterprise as the starting point,through studying the causes,this paper made a number of countermeasures to avoid financial risks.
