摘要
探讨№21型络筒机大吸嘴找纱故障的产生原因和解决措施。从分析大吸嘴在捻接时的抓纱动作出发,通过保证大吸嘴吸纱动作的准确和及时、吸纱负压的充足及纱线状态良好,使得№21型络筒机的上纱失误率控制在2%以下,有效保证了络筒机生产质量与产量。
Causes and solutions of No21 winding machine large suction nozzle finding yarn fault were discussed. From analyses of large Suction nozzle catching yarn motion, precise and timely of large suction nozzle catching yarn motion were ensured as well as plenty suction yarn negative pressure and yarn status were ensured, finally yarn error rate of No21 winding machine is controlled below 2% , product quality and output of winding machine could be ensured effectively.
