摘要
结合工程中一个真实储罐吸瘪及修复的案例,利用ANSYS软件,首先采用非线性有限元法分析薄壁储罐由温差等原因引起的弹塑性屈曲,比较数值分析的结果与真实情况的异同;继而探讨储罐的修复问题,模拟用水静压法修复后的应力状态,检验其修复后是否能继续投入使用。
Integrating with a practical storage tank, adopt nonlinear finite element method to analyze the elastic - plastic buckling of a thin wall storage tank shell induced by temperature difference or other reasons used ANSYS, then compared the numerical analysis result with the reality;subsequently discus the restoration of the storage tank, simulating stress state after repaired by hydrostatic pressure and evaluating whether the tank can continue to put into commission.
